Online Query Tools

Interested health care providers and planners can log in to access two online databases of regional health data.

The Survey Data Query Tool is comprised of the survey data collected by the Adirondack Rural Health Network (ARHN) in cooperation with County Health Departments in the six counties of Essex, Fulton, Hamilton, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington. Most of the data was collected in 2004, although Fulton County and the southern portion of Saratoga County were surveyed in 2007. The survey approach was a random telephone survey of approximately 300 households in each county. The respondents answered the questions based on their own personal health experience.

The Community Health Assessment (CHA) Data Query Tool is comprised of county-level health data provide by the NYS Department of Health and other agencies. It was compiled by the ARHN for the six counties of Essex, Fulton, Hamilton, Saratoga, Warren, and Washington in 2004, with an update completed in 2007. The most recent county health data that is available is for the year 2004 (as of 2007).

We ask users of the online query tools to complete a brief registration form and then use their email address and a password to access the tools.
